In case the Job Number is not under SENT Tab it means that you did not successfully sent out the declaration. Kindly go to OUTBOX Tab and resend.
You will see "S" under Transmission Status if you have successfully sent out the declaration. If you see "Nothing to Receive" under Error Description there's a possibility that the permit is still for approval by the Singapore Customs.
If you see "M" under Transmission Status it means your TradeNet mailbox password is incorrect or expired.
If expired, please update your TradeNet password under SYSTEM PROFILE>> CHANGE TRADENET PASSWORD menu.
