Please be informed that changing your TradeNet Mailbox Password under USER PROFILE Tab will result to a Mailbox Error: Invalid User ID / Password. Kindly follow the instruction below to resolve this error.
Step 1: On the left side Navigation, please go to SYSTEM PROFILE Tab >> USER PROFILE. Kindly scroll down and look for “TradeNet Login Details”. Please type in your “OLD” TradeNet Mailbox Password under Password field. Once completed, hit SAVE AND EXIT Button.
Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to SYSTEM PROFILE Tab >> CHANGE TRADENET PASSWORD Tab.
Step 3: You
will see 2 yellow boxes, please do not touch, or change the password indicated under
“Current Password” field. Kindly type in your desire password under “New
Password” field. Once completed, hit UPDATE Button.
NOTE: The password should be between 12 to 24 characters, containing at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one numeric.
REMINDER:
Your TradeNet Mailbox Password is good for 90 days. Please change your password
on or before 90 days to avoid any issue.
If you still encounter error after following above instructions, next step is to reset TradeNet Password in TradeNet Website.
