Why did we not receive email notification when our declaration is successful?
For AFR, only the Rejected Message is sent to the the user to be notified through email. If the declaration is successful as shown below then you will not receive any email notification.
I tried to send a change to AFR but received this error "Could not update the MBL No. and vessel information for CHRS Replace and CHR1 Cancel. Or the declaration is not existing."
Use COPY instead of UPDATE UPDATE is for changing/cancelling crucial information on the AFR. COPY is for updating less crucial data such as ports, parties and piece count.
What number to provide in the Port of Loading Suffix field
