For Air AMS status messages that we do not file, but nominated as a deconsolidator, can we send FSQ to get the status message? If so, can we set up multiple FIRMS code under one access?
According to the specs if you are going to submit as a deconsolidator then we need to send CBP another setup. Another LOI will have to submitted.
We are currently having the airlines file HAWB and MAWB. We then submit FRC for the original HAWB and FRI for remaining sub-HAWB. If we continue to file this way, what’s the latest that FRI must be submitted? (4 hours prior to arrival?)

Is there anything that filer needs to do if there is a split by the airlines? (Same MAWB#, but different flight)

What would happen if the airlines mistakenly sends HAWB data after we send sub-HAWB data?
If the carrier files the same HAWB using their own system then CBP may reject it due to duplicate records of HAWB should the submission of the HAWB got accepted initially.
Our origin office will send FHL /FWB to the airlines. If NEU files Air AMS for all sub-HAWB, the airlines do not need to send HAWB data to Air AMS?
Either the airlines or an eligible filer can submit the HAWB depending on their agreement but most likely the airlines may put the responsibility to an eligible party to file the HAWB for AMS Air transactions.
How far in advance (prior to departure) can we file Air AMS filing?
The timeline for submitting AMS Air filing will be 4 hours prior to arrival. There is no specific information on how advance users can submit AMS air filing.
