Which port is considered the final loading port prior to arriving UAE?

The last loading port before the UAE is the final port where the cargo is physically loaded onto a vessel before its voyage to the UAE. If a vessel calls at a port but the cargo remains on board without being unloaded and reloaded, that port is not considered a loading port for filing purposes.

Example 1
A shipment is loaded in South Korea, and the vessel later makes a port call in Malaysia before continuing to the UAE. As the cargo is not discharged and reloaded in Malaysia, South Korea remains the last port of loading. The filing must therefore be submitted 24 hours prior to loading in South Korea.

Example 2
A shipment is loaded in South Korea, discharged in Malaysia, and then reloaded onto another vessel bound for the UAE. Because the cargo is physically reloaded in Malaysia, Malaysia becomes the last port of loading. In this case, the filing must be submitted 24 hours before loading in Malaysia.
