When a shipment with a “Direct BL” is issued from the marine carrier, is the forwarder required to file eManifest?

The forwarder is only required to file eManifest house bill data for shipments that have, or will be, deconsolidated from another cargo control document. In the case of a “Direct Bill”, the marine carrier will be responsible for detailed information in their ACI submission.
