When a notify party is identical with a consignee, the Notify Party’s Name, Address and Telephone number to be entered in the field of Notify Party can be the same as those of the consignee?

If so, please enter consignee’s Name, Address and Telephone number in the field of Notify Party without entering “Same as consignee”.
