UAE MPCI (Maritime Pre‑Load Cargo Information) is a mandatory advance filing requirement for all containerized cargo destined for, transshipping through, or remaining on board (FROB) at UAE ports. It is a security‑focused program and operates separately from UAE Customs clearance processes.

The regulation requires shipping lines and freight forwarders to electronically submit Bill of Lading data to the UAE’s National Advance Information Center (NAIC) before the cargo is loaded at the last foreign port.
