What is the difference between BREAKDOWN REPORT and COMBINE REPORT for PRR?

Breakdown Report will have 4 sheets for TradeNet permits, and 1 sheet for ACCESS permit.

While Combined Report will have only one sheet with all data of both TradeNet and Access permits.

Combined Report will have data from both Latest Permits and ACCESS sheets from Breakdown Report.
