This is an engine where users can search for the HS Code of the cargos they are handling. All the user needs to do is to key in a description of a commodity; then the engine will present a list of HS codes and their official descriptions.​​​​​​​

How it works? The engine classifies the products based on a given description accurately and efficiently, and is highly flexible and adaptable, with a self-learning capability from historical data which caters to continuously changing product description. The system is able to understand localized terminology such as ‘satay’, a local delicacy in ASEAN, and provides HS code recommendations along with the official descriptions from the chapter (2 Digit HS Code) level to the dutiable (8-13 Digit HS code) level.
