Message function – To amend previously accepted air shipment information subsequent to the time frame for presenting inbound-U.S. air shipment information electronically to CBP (19 CFR 122.48a (b) Time frame for presenting data.

Initial and/or subsequent air shipment information provided via FRC must include mandatory message line RFA and valid amendment code.

Message Originator: The originator of the air waybill record or nominated agent provided by the importing air carrier with consolidation (Master) Air waybill information.
