I received rejection 'W61: Client Supplied Request ID - Related Previous CCN must be consolidated'. What does it mean?

Reason: Master freight forwarder did not declare their house bill as consolidated.

Resolution: Client must coordinate with master freight forwarder and request to mark the Consolidated Indicator as Yes and resubmit to CBSA. Once they received confirmation that the changes were accepted by CBSA, they may resend the Close Message as Original.
