If your ACI Ocean transmission is Rejected with error message "Conformance/Syntax Error", you must fix the details referred to by the CBSA in the reject.

For example, a postal code submitted may have been submitted in an invalid format or incorrectly altogether.

Amend the incorrectly filed transmission, save the changes, and resubmit the transmission as a "Change".
