The eHBL will have already been filed and if the airline has filed its ‘cargo’ data then the shipment could be Arrived by the airline and the D4 Deconsolidation Notice would flow, or the shipment could be moved to the freight forwarder’s sublocation code as on the eHBL.  Otherwise, the eHBL 8000 data can be changed, linked to a different Primary CCN or even canceled electronically so while this might be extra work for the freight forwarder, it shouldn’t be a problem.
