Here's the guide to generate customized reports according to their own needs for
permit reconciliation use.
1. From the left navigation menu, click Permit Reconciliation>Permit Report Wizard.
2. Select either the Submission or Approval Date range.
3. For Source Document, Select either “Permit Return” or “ACCESS Return”. If you require
both, leave the field blank.
4. If you require specific results for Permit Return, select, or enter the data as required. For
example, Message Type, Declaration Type, Permit No, HAWB No or Party details.
5. If you require specific results for ACCESS Return, select Message Type, Purpose Indicator
or HAWB No.
6. Go to Field Selection Section, click to select the required data fields from permit data
type tab. The selected data fields will be moved to the right column.
7. If you require the report without saving the report template, click “Breakdown Report”
or “Combined Report”.
8. The report generated will be displayed at the top of the Permit Report Wizard page.
Click on “Download” to extract the report.
9. If you want to save the report template, go to Saved Configs section and enter the
Config Name. For example, “TradeNet Permit Inward Summary Report A”.
10. Click “Save Config” to save the report template. The saved report template can be
found under Existing Configs section.
