Permit Queried refers to the additional information or supporting documents needed by Singapore Customs or Controlling Agency. To resolve this rejection, please follow the instruction below.

Step 1: Please login to TradeWeb Live! System using your User ID and Password then hit login button.

Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to INBOX Tab >> QUERY Tab.

Step 3: Type in the Job Number that received an error message under Job Number field. Adjust the creation date range from the date you created the permit then hit Search button. 

Step 4: Open the query declaration and go to Response Tab.
