Permit Rejected: "PLS CHECK TRADER EI/UEN PLS CHECK IMPORTER EI/UEN"
Rejection refers to the UEN of the importer or exporter that is declared under Party Tab. To resolve this rejection, please follow the instruction below.
Step 1: Please login to TradeWeb Live! System using your User ID and Password then hit login button.
Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to INBOX Tab >> ALL Tab.
Step 3: Type in the Job Number that has received an error message under Job Number on the specific field both sides. Adjust the creation date range from the date you created the permit then hit Search button.
Step 4: Open the rejected declaration and go to Party Tab.
Step 5: Verify the UEN of the concerned party through
www.uen.gov.sg. Type in the UEN of the concerned party under UEN field. Once completed, hit the magnifying glass then check result below.
Step 6: If the status of the UEN shown in the website is “De-registered”, please contact the exporter or the importer for clarification. On the other hand, if the status of UEN shown in the website is “Registered”, please call Singapore Customs at 6355-2000 for further assistance.
