Permit Rejected: "PLS CHECK THE QUANTITY"

Rejection refers to the Total Weight/Quantity of HS Codes and the Total Gross Weight. Kindly check the HS Quantity of all the HS Codes. To resolve this rejection, please follow the instruction below to check the HS Quantity.

Step 1: Please go to Items Tab >> Item Summary portion. 



Step 2: Please go to Summary Tab, compare the information from Item Summary to Total Gross Weight.



NOTE: Make sure that the Total Weight/Quantity of the HS Codes is not greater than the ‘Total Gross Weight’ in SUMMARY Tab.
