Permit Rejected: "PLS CHECK PREFECTURAL / ESTABLISHMENT CODE IN CA/SC CODE 1 ITEM"

Rejection refers to the Prefectural or Establishment Code that is declared under Items Tab. To resolve this rejection, please follow the instruction below.

Step 1: Please login to TradeWeb Live! System using your User ID and Password then hit login button.


Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to INBOX Tab >> ALL Tab.



Step 3: Type in the Job Number that has received an error message under Job Number on the specific field both sides. Adjust the creation date range from the date you created the permit then hit Search button. 



Step 4: Open the rejected declaration and go to Items Tab.


Step 5: Go to Item CASC >> Additional CASC Information section. Check and key in the correct Prefectural or Establishment Code in CASC Code 1 field then hit SAVE DECLARATION button.



NOTE: In case you do not have information on the Establishment Code, please call the corresponding Controlling Agency for further assistance.
