Step 1: Please login to TradeWeb Live! System using your User ID and Password then hit login button.

Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to INBOX Tab >> ALL Tab.

Step 3: Type in the Job Number that has received an error message under Job Number on the specific field both sides. Adjust the creation date range from the date you created the permit then hit Search button.

Step 4: Open the rejected declaration and go to Items Tab.

 

Step 5: Under Items Details, please check the unit of measure that is used under Item Quantity section.

Step 6: Please refer to the TradeNet website https://www.tradenet.gov.sg/tradenet/portlets/search/searchHSCA/searchInitHSCA.do

Step 7: Just type in the Country Port Code under HS/CA Product Code field then hit Search button.
