Error Message: "DUPLICATE DECLARATION NUMBER"

This error happens if 2 or more users under your account are using the same level sequence number. To resolve this rejection, please follow the instruction below.

Step 1: Please login to TradeWeb Live! System using your User ID and Password then hit login button.


Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to INBOX Tab >> ALL Tab.  


Step 3: Type in the Job Number that has received an error message under Job Number on the specific field both sides. Adjust the creation date range from the date you created the permit then hit Search button. 


Step 4: Coordinate with the other user or with the person in-charge for the account so different Level Sequence Number can be assigned to each user.

Step 5: If you or person in-charge is willing to change the Level Sequence Number. On the left side Navigation, please go to SYSTEM PROFILE Tab >> USER PROFILE Tab.



Step 6: Kindly change Level Sequence Number under User Level Sequence Number field both sides. Please make sure that you don’t have same Level Sequence Number within your company. Once completed, below hit SAVE AND EXIT button. 



NOTE: After you change the Level Sequence Number, you may now proceed with your declaration.
