Step 1: Please login to TradeWeb Live! System using your User ID and Password then hit Login button.
Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to ACTIVATE RECEIVE Tab.
Step 3: Please hit REFRESH PAGE button and EXIT button to get the response on the system.
Step 4: On the left side Navigation, please go to SENT Tab to check if you have successfully sent out the declaration.
In case the Job Number is not under SENT Tab it means that you did not successfully sent out the declaration. Kindly go to OUTBOX Tab and resend.
You will see "S" under Transmission Status if you have successfully sent out the declaration. If you see "Nothing to Receive" under Error Description there's a possibility that the permit is still for approval by the Singapore Customs.
If the item you are declaring is controlled, Singapore Customs or your Controlling Agency will need to do a manual approval and may take some time.
