1. So, the crimson logic portal I currently log into.... will no longer be the link...I have to now
log into the next gen link? Will my previous username and password work for the new
website/link? what is the new website link?
Your login credentials will remain the same. Please let us know if you have any issues
logging in. You may access the new platform via this link:
https://compliance.globaletrade.services/na-mig/

2. Are we now manually entering all of our ACE and ACI manifests from our end into the
Crimsons new portal? OR Do I send in the ACE and ACI manifest and customs
documents via email like we always do?
Subscription will be the same. You can still send your manifests to us for processing, same
as before, it's just processed through a different portal.

3. And the Driver's when they are heading back to Canada, they do their own ACI
paperwork, how are they supposed to enter all this into your system, as they fill it out and
fax and or email to crimson and the broker
Drivers can still send us the fax form for processing, same as usual.

4. Can we work in crimson on two different tabs on the same browser?
You can only use one browser with one tab. Multiple tabs can mess up the
information/transmission. NANG is most compatible with Google Chrome and Microsoft
Edge.

5. Can I login to the next gen platform using the same WebCustoms log-ins?
Yes, your login credentials in WebCustoms are still the same and can use in NANG.
6. Is my account database going to be moved over?

Yes, all database on shared menu (database in WebCustoms) will be moved to the NextGen
Platform which includes the driver information, parties for shipping consignee, truck and
trailer except for trip templates and previous transactions. It is essential to archive that
information.

7. How much longer will I have access to my WebCustoms?
Users can still have access to WebCustoms till end of March.

8. So, this portal is to replace how we are to enter the trips? Not how we have been doing
it? I mean we won’t send trips through the previous way. This is now how I set them up
now.
This new portal is to replace WebCustoms. The two portals are fairly the same with different
look and feel.
