Step 1: Please login to TradeWeb Live! System using your User ID and Password then hit Login button.

Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to INBOX Tab >> REJECT Tab.  

Step 3: Please hit the Job Number itself then you will be routed to Response Tab. You may check the description for the reason why it was rejected or if you’re not familiar with the rejection you may give us a call at 6887 7333 option 1 then we will assist.

NOTE: Please be informed that the rejection will not come from GeTS, it comes from Singapore Customs. In case you wish to clarify some information, we highly suggest you to call them directly at 6355-2000 to further clarification.
