No. When the consignee on the carrier’s bill of lading of MAWB is the importer and there is no actual house bill, there is no eHBL. The shipment will customs clear on the primary carrier’s MAWB or 9000 or truck or rail cargo control number (CCN) and there will be no 8000 CCN.
