I was trying to upload FDA PN CSV and was told there were errors. How can I proceed?
Reason why it was not uploading:
1. Header ( It should not be removed ) This is part of the validation which causes the error Contact Support
2. Please enter Valid anticipated Arrival Date - User should follow the format which is DD-MM-YYYY and not DD/MM/YYYY. The CSV somehow changing to DD/MM/YYYY, they can manually change the format. You may advised them how to change the Format on excel.
3. Product Number Invalid - We noticed that they are putting dash, removed dash in the product Name or should follow the correct format.
4. FD1 and UC Length not valid : Address 1 too long - up to 23 alphanumeric/special character. They can use the Address 2 if the address is too long.

5. Invalid State code: After checking the csv and filter the country code. It looks like they place the information in a wrong column, so we adjust and put the data in the correct column.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the changes has been made, please do not close the CSV when uploading.
