I Received an Error Message "CFIA: You must enter the departure date in IID." How to Fix it?

Reason: The date of direct shipment declared is not within the validity period of the provided certificate under the LPCO.

Resolution: Please check the validity period of the provided certificate/License. For example, you provided a Phytosanitary certificate, under the regulations, the validity of it only 14 days. The date declared under the date of direct shipments should not exceed those 14 days, unless they can provide proof that the departure date is within 14 days.
