I received a Port Mismatch on my manifest. How can I fix it?
1. Please check and confirm if the port you entered in your manifest is the same with the one cleared by your broker.
If you're broker cleared your shipment under a wrong port, please reach out to your broker to have it corrected.
2. if you mistakenly entered the wrong port of entry, cancel your emanifest and shipment.
Once cancelled, edit your port of entry and resubmit your manifest and shipment as ADD.
