ACCEPTED state:

1. If your manifest and PAPS are both accepted, cancel the manifest completely.

2. Once it shows Cancellation Accepted status, edit your manifest and PAPS  and select the correct SCAC code on the dropdown menu.

3. Click save for both manifest and PAPS and send it again as ADD.

REJECTED state:

1. If the manifest and PAPS are on a rejected status, directly change your SCAC code and send it again as ADD.
