I cannot find the correct port of loading / discharge in ACI Ocean. How should I proceed?

We try our best to ensure that our system is up-to-date and contains all valid port codes. However, this list is frequently updated.

Follow the steps below:

  • Contact the CBSA at 1-888-957-7224 and ask if the port code you cannot find is a valid port.
  • If it is not a valid port, select the closest acceptable port.
  • If it is a valid port according to the CBSA, contact CrimsonLogic support. If support is unable to find the port in their search the technical team can be activated to add it to our database.
