• For non‑consolidated shipments
  If the bill of lading is issued directly to the shipper, with no consolidation by a freight forwarder, the filing must be submitted at least 24 hours before loading at the last loading port prior to arrival in the UAE.

• For consolidated shipments
  If the bill of lading relates to a consolidated shipment, the filing must be submitted at least 6 hours before loading at the last loading port prior to arrival in the UAE.
