How to Setup Report Wizard?

Report Wizard Report wizard enables you to design and customize report base on the information you need. This gives you the ability to customize your reports by specifying the search criteria and selecting the permit fields that need to be included in the reports. In addition, the configuration of the customized reports generated can be saved for future reference by other users in the organization.  

To perform report wizard generation:
1. Go to the Report Wizard page. (Report >> Report Wizard) 




2. Enter information in the following search criteria fields:
Message (CAR) Type Select the message type.
Declaration Type Select the declaration type.
User Id Select the user ID.
Creation Date Enter the document creation date range (Maximum of 180 Days only).
Scheme Mark the MES checkbox, if applicable.
Party Select the Party Type and enter the Party Name or CRUEI No for selected party type.
Party Type options Declaring Agent, Handling Agent, Claimant, Consignee, Declarant, Exporter, Freight Forwarder, Inward Carrier Agent, Importer, Manufacturer, Outward Carrier Agent, End User.

3. In the Fields Selection section, select the desired fields to include in the report.

4. Click Generate Report to generate the report based on Search Criteria and Fields Selection. The report request will be added to the Report Queue Summary.

5. Click Download Button, to download the report generated.
