How to Schedule Report?

To perform a scheduled report generation:

1. Go to the Scheduled Reports page. (Report >> Scheduled Report)


2. Select the template set in Report Wizard from the drop-down list of With Template.

3. Select the Schedule type as Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

4. Select the Start date from when the report should be generated.

5. To activate the Scheduled report, select Yes from the drop-down option. If not, select No.

6. Add the Email Recipients to receive the report.

7. Click Save Schedule. The scheduled job is saved as shown below figure. The scheduled job will run, and the recipient(s) will receive the report via email.

8. To stop the schedule, select the report template and click Deactivate.

9. To delete the schedule, select the report template and click Delete Schedule.
