Reason:  The AIRS recommendation is either required or not required. AIRS website: https://airs-sari.inspection.gc.ca/airs_external/english/decisions-eng.aspx

Resolution: Check first the line items that are being rejected by PGA. Once determined, check the HS code under the AIRS website and see if there is a recommendation for AIRS registration or not. After checking the AIRS, go to PGA tab > AIRS registration and check whether the customer declared or not declared any information either under the PGA or LPCO.
