We have now launch new feature - Self Service Reset Password.

User may now reset their password by setting up TradeWeb Security Questions first.

Reset Password using forgot password link.

1.      Click on “Forgot your TradeWeb Live password?” link in login page/logout and upon click on the link, You will redirect to reset password page.

Login Page :

2.      Key in user id to retrieve the existing registered security Questions.

3.      Provide correctly answers for both security questions.  

 

System will prompt error in case of incorrect answers.

 

4.      System will send password reset link to register email address (refer step2)

Reset link will be expire in 5 minutes.

 

5.      User to open email and open password reset link in browser to reset the password.

6.      User to key in new password and submit.

 

7.      User to login with new password.
