How to file ATA Carnet?

Currently, there is no functionality to report a Carnet shipment electronically. Users will only need to report the trip portion of the electronic manifest and omit the cargo details for the Carnet shipment. Once the driver arrives at the border, they must present a supporting document that what they carry qualifies as Carnet.
