How to create CREW ACE ID?

STEP 1: DRAFT the driver's information:
  1. Go to the SHARED folder > click CREW MASTER > Click CREATE CREW MASTER > Enter the mandatory information > Click Save as Draft.
        

STEP 2: SEND the driver's information to CBP to generate an ACE ID:
  1. Go back to Crew Master >Tick the box of the drafted profile and hit the ACE SUBMIT button that appears when a profile box is ticked off.



Wait for 5-10 minutes for the ACE ID to appear in the ACE ID column of the Crew Master List.
