How to Create CO Application?

Step 1: Please login to eCO System using your User ID (Clerk Role) and Password then click LOGIN Button.




Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to CO Application Tab >> New Application Tab. 



Step 3: You will be routed automatically to CO Header Tab. Kindly complete all the information needed then click Save Button below to appear other tabs.

Step 4: Kindly complete the information required in CO Header, Additional Info and Supporting Documents Tab


Step 5: If you require the commercial invoice, packing list or health certificate to be endorsed by the chamber, tick the check box, and fill in the additional details as shown.

Step 6:  Please note the below important points before applying for the commercial invoice, packing list or health certificate to be endorsed by chamber:

      a. Relevant chamber endorsement fee charges apply. eCO charges transaction fee of $2.50 per Invoice/Packing List/Health Certificate submitted.

      b. The Invoice/Packing List/Health Certificate is created under a standard format. But enables you to print on your company letterhead.

      c. Application or cancellation of the Invoice/Packing list/Health Certificate is together with the CO.

            i. If the CO is approved/rejected, the Invoice/Packing List/Health Certificate will be approved/rejected      
            ii. If the CO is cancelled, the Invoice/Packing List/ Health Certificate will be cancelled

      e. Additional copy request for digital endorsed invoice, packing list or health certificate after printing is not available. Thus, please ensure the No of copies

      required are requested upfront during the CO and digital documents application process.

      d. Reprint original and replacement copy request for the invoice, packing list or health certificate is not available.

      e. Additional copy request for digital endorsed invoice, packing list or health certificate after printing is not available. Thus, please ensure the No of copies

      required are requested upfront during the CO and digital documents application process.

Note: Digital Endorsement of Documents (commercial invoice, packing list & health certificate) feature is currently available only for SICCI, SMCCI & SCCCI CO application.
