Warehouse Arrival Certification Message will be transmitted by the warehouse operators who are registered participants in the CBSA's Release Notification System (RNS), using an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) method, when commercial goods physically arrived at the inland sufferance warehouse to which they are destined.

STEP 1: In WACM menu, click Create, key in all required fields and hit 'Save' button.

STEP 2: Select Message Function Code as Add and hit 'Send to Customs' button.
