Air carriers must transmit air cargo and conveyance reports at least 4 hours prior to arrival or wheels-up if the flight is less than 4 hours except shipments under the LVS/Courier Program.

STEP 1: In Cargo & Split menu, click Create Cargo (ACR).

STEP 2: Header Section: provide information that indicates mandatory field (*). 

Schedule Section: provide information that indicates mandatory field (*). Once done, click 'Save & Proceed' button.

STEP 3: Party tab, where in you have to provide the Shipper and Consignee Address. Delivered To Party and Notify Party are also available but not mandated. Once done, click 'Save & Proceed' button.
