Please be guide of below matrix for sending correction in House BL (AHR)

Note:

For #1 changing the vessel info, it is regarded as Re-filing and therefore  Function Type “Replace” is not available, so we need to submit it as Original or Additional based on the status.  All items other than Port of Origin and House B/L Number can also be corrected Another way to change the vessel info is that submit the declaration as “Replace”, with set the value of “Vessel Information Change Identifier” to “Y=Vessel Change” and submit. Then the vessel info of House B/L would be updated based on the Master B/L’s vessel at NACCS side. But the new vessel info would not update in our system and the document print still refers to the old vessel. So we suggest you correct the vessel by re-filing the B/L as previous rules;

For #2 change the House B/L Number, we need to cancel it first and then submit the new house B/L number as Original or Additional base on the status; For change all info other than vessel info and House B/L Number, user can submit it as replace
