Go the “Declaration Message List”, the latest submission would display on the top of the list.
You can check the “Status”. The status can be below after Submitted:
1. Pending Send: User has confirmed the filing, and ready for the backend to submit to
Japan NACCS. You can wait for 30 seconds and click the “Declaration Message List”
again to reflesh the status.
2. Sent: The message has sent to Japan NACCS successfully, and is waiting for the response
from backend.
3. Sent fail: The connection from Japan AFR portal to NACCS has problem, usually such
error message, the AFR support team will help to re-send to Japan NACCS once the
connection resumed.
4. Submitted success: Filing submit to Japan NACCS, and get the successful response from
NACCS also.
5. Submit reject: Filing submit to Japan NACCS, but get the reject response from NACCS.
User can either choose “Redo” filing to archive the current rejected filing and do the
new filing or can move the result to the Archive list.
If the status is “Sent fail” or stay in the “Pending Send” or “Sent” for a long time, user can
