For Co-load with 8000 series.

1. Go to your house bill and click the three dots icon to select EDIT function.

2. Edit your Previous CCN. Once done, make sure to click the UPDATE button below.

3. Once you are redirected to the house bill section, select the house bill and send as CHANGE.

4. Go to Close Message. Send the CLOSE MESSAGE for CANCELLATION.

5. Edit the Previous CCN and click UPDATE.

6. Send the Close Message as ORIGINAL.

1. CANCEL the CLOSE MESSAGE.

2. Once Close Message is cancelled, CANCEL the House Bill. 

3. Once House Bill and Close Message are cancelled, EDIT the Previous CCN.

4. Submit the House Bill first as ORIGINAL. Once accepted, send the Close Message as ORIGINAL.

Note:

• Need to cancel if back to back shipment since previous is same as Housebill reference.
• If the shipment is already arrived –Manual amendment using BSF673 Form
