How to Cancel CO Application?

Step 1: Please login to eCO System using your User ID (Signatory Role) and Password then click LOGIN Button.



Step 2. From the navigation menu, click “CO Application > Cancel CO Application”

 


Step 3: The table lists all CO applications that can be cancelled.



Step 4: On Cancel CO Application, search the CO you wish to cancel using the Transaction of your CO Application. 


Step 4: Below “Action” word hit 3 doted then choose “Edit” word. 


Step 5: You will be routed to Header Tab, scroll to the bottom of CO Header Tab and click Cancel CO.


Step 6: Kindly input the reason for cancellation then click Cancel CO then Submit.



NOTE: All CO Application under Cancel CO Application Tab option must be:

1.     Submitted to Chamber

2.     Resubmitted to Chamber

3.     When the CO is approved, and the approval date is within one month.
