How to amend permit?
To amend permit, from menu click UPDATE PERMIT and select AMENDMENT.
Search on the permit by entering job number or permit number.
Enter information in the search criteria fields.
Click Search. Search results will be displayed below.
Click the Amend hyperlink of the permit to be amended. The Amendment Declaration page will be displayed.
Fill out all mandatory fields and other applicable fields in the Amendment tab.
Click Save Declaration to save the changes. Click Send
to send the completed declaration.
Note that you are not allowed to amend an import permit:
- It has been used for cargo clearance;
- It has expired;
- The fields are non-amendable, you may wish to refer to the list of non-amendable fields.
