The Nippon Automated Cargo and Port Consolidated System (NACCS) is a system for online processing of procedures taken with Japan Customs and other relevant administrative authorities or relevant private-sector services for arriving/ departing ships and aircrafts or import/export cargo. It is operated by NACCS Center. The Advance Filing Rules on Maritime Container Cargo Information require that cargo information be filed electronically through NACCS.
