If the shipment is accepted by CBP, the shipment must be canceled before changes can be made to the shipment control number or shipment type.

 

STEP 1: Get inside the manifest. Under the Create Trip tab, select Modify under the Message Function and click Save and Continue. 

 

STEP 2: Under the Add Shipments, submit the shipment as ACEHWY-CANCEL. 

STEP 3: Once the manifest returns as Cancellation Accepted, change the Shipment Control Number accordingly and Update. 

STEP 4: Submit the shipment as ACEHWY-ADD and monitor the Accepted response.
