Forgot Digital Certificate Password
Step 1: Please login to eCO System using your User ID (Signatory Role) and Password then click LOGIN Button.
Step 2: On the
left side Navigation, please go to Digital Certificate Tab >> Edit
Digital Certificate Tab.
Step 3: Below “Action” word hit 3 doted then
choose “Edit” word.
Step 4: You will be routed to Digital Certificate Details,
click Delete Button.
Step 5: You will receive an OTP to the registered email address for verification. Type in the 6 Digit PIN (OTP) on the field then click Submit Button to remove the existing Digital Certificate Password.
Step 6: Once successfully removed. You may now create New Digital Certificate Password using the link below:
