INVALID DATA error means that there is/are special character/s on the declaration. (Special Characters and "Space" is included). TradeNet won't be able to process the declaration and it won't be printed because of the invalid information.

To resolve this rejection, please follow the instruction below:

Step 1: Scan each tab and look if there’s a special character or incorrect information on each field.

Step 2: If you are unable to see any special characters and you have received this error message, please call us at 6887 7333 option 1 to further assist you.
