Freight forwarders with multiple offices do not automatically require a separate MPCI Party ID for each office. They have two options:

• Use a single MPCI Party ID to cover all offices; or
• Register each office separately and obtain individual MPCI Party IDs for each location.

The choice depends on how the company prefers to manage its operations and compliance.
